'85 Mercury Cougar. Weak stock horn.

Solution: five-trumpet air horn, wired to a stock-looking window switch added to the center console. One way it played Dixie; the other, was a very train-like 5-trumpet blast.

Worked great, most of the time. Someone slow to move? Quick toot with stock horn. Still not moving? HOOOONK!!!

The issue was that the window switch wasn't really up to all the juice needed, and sometimes it arced. That left the horn blasting. I ultimately rigged in a very large switch in-line so I could kill it when needed.

More in line with the video, though, was a friend who had a Yugo (yes, really). And, he was a volunteer firefighter. That is how it came to pass that you could hear a HUGE horn coming, then have a little Yugo cross the intersection with a dinky blue light flashing on top.
